Not a feature list. These are the six places a pickleball or multi-sport facility loses money and hours today, and what MUVE does about each one.
Empty court time is the most expensive thing a facility owns, and it is invisible until the month closes. Fill reads your hours, resources and schedule, finds capacity that will not sell on its own, and proposes the session or the approved outreach that puts something in it.
Bookings in one tool, dues in another, waivers in a third, and the actual conversation in a group chat. One system means a registration, its payment, its waiver and its attendance are the same record — so nobody reconciles anything by hand.
Most of what a front desk does leaves no trace. Specialists surface the work as proposals with the evidence attached, and every decision — yours or theirs — lands in an activity record you can read back.
Who is arriving, who has an unsigned waiver, who owes money, which court is down and which games have to move. The exceptions come to you before the players do, and a reschedule shows you every move before anything changes.
A phone or a browser broadcasts the court after consent checks pass. The replay stays attached to the activity and the people who played it, with a retention window you control and a takedown that removes the live view and the recording together.
Where players came from, what they started and abandoned, what filled and what did not. Convert follows the unfinished registrations specifically, so the number you look at has a name and a next action behind it.
Pickleball facilities, multi-sport facilities, leagues and clubs running on rented courts, community recreation departments, and facilities that have not opened yet. An organization enables only the modules it needs — a club that runs leagues on city courts never sees facility-billing controls, and a facility that rents courts and runs no leagues never sees divisions and standings.
It does not run your venue for you. Specialists propose and you approve; anything that moves a game, charges a card or messages your members waits for a person. There is no hardware to buy, no camera to install, and nothing on a player’s wrist.
